FEES
My fees are £75 per session.
I also offer a limited number of reduced cost places for those on limited means.
The fee as well as the therapeutic framework will be discussed in the initial consultation which lasts between 30 to 40 minute and for which there is no charge. The consultation's aim is to get a general background of your current situation, what your aims of therapy are and to get a sense of whether we could work together.
My fees are reviewed annually in November.
I am also on the private health insurance register to accept AXA PPP, Aviva and Vitality Health, clients.
SESSIONS
Sessions are usually weekly with each session lasting 50 mins.
LENGTH OF THERAPY
Therapy is usually open-ended but can be short-term depending on your needs. This will also be discussed in the initial consultation.
WHERE IS THE THERAPY ROOM
My therapy room is in Bushey Village, near Watford, Hertfordshire.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU WORK SAFELY
I work in accordance with the ACPP and UKCP ethical guidelines, a copy of which can be supplied on request.
I am in regular peer and personal supervision to ensure that high standards of therapy are held. I also attend regular continuing professional development trainings.
HOLIDAYS
I usually take a number of weeks off during the year to attend various professional development courses and for holidays. I try to give as much notice as possible when I will be away.
